Now Insurance Agency operates under the oversight of the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya under licence number IRA/05/31670/2026. Where applicable to the products and services we facilitate, we also observe relevant requirements and guidelines of other regulatory authorities, including the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) and Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
